NEW for 2019: Chip Timing! A Fast Scenic & Rural 10K Event for over 30yrs
For over 30 years runners have taken part in the Melmerby 10K many achieving a Personal Best or Season Best time. Starting in the village of Melmerby the undulating route takes you through the quite and scenic rural surrounding of the picturesque villages finishing back in Melmerby. A fast course it may be but it has been enjoyed over the years by runners of all abilities This course is for everyone you will not be disappointed. We pride ourselves in giving you a friendly welcome and our marshals and villagers will give you friendly encouragement along the route. Finishers Medal and goody bag to all competitors 26 Individual Category Trophies to be awarded Team prize for both men and ladies
