Fantastic Fun and Friendly 10 Mile Road Race on a Summer Evening

The Otley 10 is operating for the 40th time this year and is a fun but competitive event and an absolute staple of the Yorkshire running scene. We welcome runners back every year and especially love to welcome new entrants too. The night finishes with a barbecue and prize giving with a Yorkshire Dales backdrop. Friendly but competitive 10 mile road race attracting beginners and serious runners with a number of club teams entering too. Due to daylight factors, cut off is 2 hrs 15mins which equates to 80 mins at mile 6 For anyone who has entered please note the following 1. Race numbers are issued on the night at the cricket club, Race HQ is open from 6pm (no access before 6pm) and the race starts promptly at 7pm, it is a 10 minute walk to the start area. 2. The race finishes at Otley Cricket Club. 3. There are changing facilities and plenty of static and portable toilets available in and around the cricket and rugby club. 4. There will be water points at the start then approx at 3.5 and 6.5 miles as well as the end. There is also a bar, coffee bar and barbecue at the finish point. 6. There is a large car park signposted just a two minute walk from the cricket club, no parking at the cricket club itself, the car park will close at 9.45pm. 8.
