Race HQ: The Arc, High Street, Clowne, Chesterfield, S43 4JY

Numbers will be posted out on Monday 9th November to anyone that has entered before this date - please ensure that your delivery details are correct when entering. For entries after 9am Monday 9th November, numbers will be collected on the day from Race HQ. Limited changing facilities are available at the start. Please note the finish is in a different location to the start and baggage is transferred to the finish. No parking is available at race HQ but we have ample off site parking options available. Full details will be in the Race Guide which will be emailed out a week before the event. PLEASE NOTE: When entering it will ask you for your 't-shirt size' which will be for your finishers hoody. We are not able to offer 'XS' sized hoodies and anyone choosing this option will receive a SMALL. Please note that you cannot choose a different size on race day to the one chosen on your entry.

Upon entering the event, I declare that I understand and agree with the following statements: The Clowne Half Marathon, and associates cannot be held responsible in any way for loss or injury to myself, or any other party, however arising, or for any property lost or damaged. I am medically fit, and understand I enter this event at my own risk. I will be over the age of 17 years old on race day for the Half Marathon event. The race is governed by UKA rules and the wearing of headphones is not permitted (other than bone conducting headphones) Failure to adhere to the UKA rules will result in removal from the race. The race has a cut-off time of 3hrs, and runners may be asked to withdraw if they cannot remain on course to complete it within this timeframe. In the unfortunate cancellation of the event through circumstances beyond the control of the race organisers, I understand and accept that there will be no refund of race fees or deferrals. If for any reason I am unable take part in the event, my place cannot be deferred. When all places are sold, or if it is less than 28 days to race day, entry fees will not be refundable in any circumstances. While places are still available and it is still more than 28 days until race day, an entrant may apply by email to hello@racebest.com for a refund, which will be subject to a refund processing charge. My number can be transferred to another competitor until 9am Monday 9th November 2026. If transferring my place, the hoody size cannot be guaranteed for my replacement participant.
