Relaxed, undulating and seasonal focused 5KM!
Helmsley Sports Club is very excited to announce the return of the Rudolph Run 5km, at the National Centre for Birds of Prey in Duncombe Park, Helmsley. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the start of the Christmas holiday season. Come dressed in appropriate Christmas outfits to make Santa really proud! A one-lap scenic, multi-terrain undulating 5km course that is run on both off-road forest hard paths and tarmac road. Duncombe Park is one of Yorkshire’s finest historic houses and estates, home to the Duncombe family. The estate boasts over 450 acres of spectacular gardens, parklands and nature reserve. Fun for all the family including dogs (please note they must be kept on leads at all time). You can walk it, jog it or run it as fast as you can because we want everyone to enjoy it at their own pace. Maybe it’s your first 5k and now is a great time to start Couch25K and a brilliant way to end 2023! Reindeer antlers given at point of registration when collecting your number. Limit 200 people. Minimum age 11 and anyone under 11 can take part but must be with a parent or guardian at all times. Entries on the day £5 extra. Entries close on Friday 8 December 11pm. Raising funds for Helmsley Sports Club.
