This year we have chosen to support the Charlie Dallas Lancaster Foundation. We will be making a donation to this charity. Additionally collection buckets will be available on the day. This is a local charity which supports mental health. Starting in the village of Melmerby the undulating route takes you through the rural scenery of the surrounding villages before being welcomed over the finish line in Melmerby by an enthusiastic crowd. It is a fast course with many runners achieving personal bests. We pride ourselves in a friendly Yorkshire welcome and our marshals and villagers will give you plenty of encouragement along the route.

Bags may be left in village hall at owners risk, free car parking close to headquarters, a lovely selection of refreshments available in the village hall. Male & Female toilets are located in the village hall,additional toilets available at Blythes Garage close to our headquarters.

Race numbers & timing chip to be collected from the village hall between 8.30am - 10.00am
