Southampton Beer mile Open. 14.00 on the 22nd of July 2017. The race will be run under official beer mile rules meaning each runner must consume 1 beer before each lap in the designated area. The beer being 12oz or 355ml and over 5% alcohol. 1 lap penalty for being sick. Rules will be explained in more detail on the day.
