CFR Members only Greystones TT

A free midweek Time Trial to get a bit of racing going for CFR members only. 4 time slots with 6 runners only. As these places are limited please only register if you fully intend to run. You will be allocated one of the time slots once you have signed up. Wave one - 18.15 x 6 runners Wave two - 18.20 x 6 runners Wave three - 18.25 x 6 runners Wave four - 18.30 x 6 runners This will be an up hill only Time Trial starting at the bottom of the fell and finishing at the cairn on the summit of Greystones. See link to race start location below. All results will be uploaded to a www.timingupnorthresults.co.uk page and shared with the club. You will be given a race number at the start, we have a small supply of safety pins, but please try and bring your own. Parking is limited at spout force. The run will be held under "Covid safe" club run conditions. We ask that you comply with social distancing guidelines and act responsibly. Please note that it is each runners responsibility to remain safe on the fell. Please ensure you have suitable kit, including a head torch. We will not be counting runners back down off the hillside, please make your way down, continue on a run, or you could remain within your bubble of 6, in which you set off. This is a club run for paid Cumberland Fell Runner members only. The route is approximately half a mile in distance, but climbs over 800feet in this short distance, so really is more of a sustained hill effort, rather than a "fell race route". There will be a follow up email with more information getting your number on the night and any changes to wave times.
