One of the few northern Saturday 10ks
10K road race in the country lanes of Salwick and Lea. The course is mostly flat with a few undulations. This always popular race has a maximum of 500 runners and has been known to fill up early. Kit bag and bespoke medal to all finishers. Prizes: improved team prizes; cash prizes, spot prizes, prizes for all vet catgeories (MV40-80+, FV35-80+); £50 cash prize for new courese records for both male (previous 30:56) and female (previous 33.58)

Due to new Preston Western Distributor Road being built in November 2016 we will be having to use another new route please see map. This is the same course that was used in 2013 and in previous years. Parking available at BNFL car park, Deepdale Lane PR4 0RN (the finish of the race)
