The 3 Dales Marathon, run it or ride it for Sue Ryder

Choose to run or mountain bike this 26.2 mile marathon which spans the 3 dales of the Ribble, the Aire and the Wharfe between the beautiful market towns of Settle and Grassington. The event starts and finishes at North Ribblesdale RUFC and all participants will be rewarded with a bespoke medal and hot food when you finish. The route is on good trails and is signed and marshalled.
