Race briefing commences at 9:45am. All runners receive a finishers pack. Trail running shoes are recommended. **Moderately Hilly Circular Route** Male and Female podium finishers receive medals. Choose standard entry or entry including race TSHIRT Facilities information - Aid Stations Markers/signage on both routes Changing rooms available Recovery Village Live Music Food & Drink Vans Charity information. **It is possible to select a charity and donate during the sign up to run on behalf of** Mind Tyneside & Northumberland Great North Air Ambulance Newcastle Hospital Charity (Bobby Robson Foundation & Great North Children's Hospital Foundation) Live chip timing and results by Timing Up North.
