I RAN FOR UKRAINE VIRTUAL CHALLENGE Date of Challenge: 1st May 2022 We all know about the war in Ukraine by now. As the invasion intensifies, we want to play our part and give everybody a chance to come together in supporting Ukraine. So on 1st May 2022 we're giving you the opportunity to run, walk or jog as far as you want to. All money from the sales of entry fees will be donated to help support Ukraine's refugees. Let's do something positive. Let's stand strong together and be united in the face of war. ALL MONEY FROM THE SALES OF ENTRY FEES WILL BE DONATED TO HELP SUPPORT UKRAINE'S REFUGEES. WHAT’S INVOLVED? Run, walk or jog any distance, anywhere at any pace on 1st May 2022. Distances accepted: 1k, 5k, 10k, 10 miles, half marathon, full marathon, ultra. We also accept treadmill activities. WHAT’S INCLUDED? Receive a beautiful white aluminium finishers medal with a plain coloured ribbon. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CHALLENGE? Once you have completed your challenge, simply go to our website and upload a screenshot of your activity on our secure submission form https://the-running-bug.com/submit-your-evidence/ Once your evidence has been sent, you should be redirected to a confirmation page. Then that's it! Your medal should arrive within 10 working days after the challenge finishes.
