This out and back 10 Miler starts at Marine Hall Gardens run on the Pouter promenade on to the new promenades of Rossall & Cleveleys & return to the gardens. You'll be treated to a great run on new promenades with fabulous views of the Irish Sea & Southern Lake District mountains.
