This is race 2 of a new race organised by BodyFit Cumbria Running Club on a traffic free 5k route in Cockermouth. The course is an officially measured and certified accurate course by the Association of UK Course Measurers. Race day information will be emailed to all entrants on Friday 2nd February. Race numbers will be issued at race registration. Registration – 08:15 to 08:45 Race briefing – 08:50 Start – 09:00 Prizes – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Male & Female, then 12th, 24th, 36th, 48th, 60th, 72nd, 84th, 96th, 108th, 120th, 132nd, 144th and 156th places. Event limit – 160 (entrants must be 11 or older) Parking – please be mindful of the residents in the area and use the various car parks available in town then walk to the race start rather than blocking off nearby streets. No dogs allowed. Prams / buggies welcome but please start toward the back of the pack. Bone conductor headphones only. Live results by Timing Up North
