Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without our Elf Dash

Legend has it that when children go to bed, elves return to the North Pole to report back to Santa on who has been naughty and nice. The Elf Dash is a virtual race where you can run, walk or jog any distance throughout the month of December. We also accept treadmill activities. Distances accepted: 5k, 10k, 10 miles, half marathon, full marathon, and ultra. We also accept evidence from treadmill activities. Simply take a screenshot of your activity on your app, on your watch, or take a photo of the display panel on your treadmill. Upon completing this race, submit your evidence using our secure submission form at https://the-running-bug.com/submit-your-evidence then you will receive a beautiful medal. We do accept entries from overseas participants. However, please note that is an extra charge to cover postage costs. In the event that a resident with a non-UK address purchases a standard UK entry, then we reserve the right to refuse the entry and refund in full.
