2019 McTaggart Trot - all proceeds to St Theresa's Hospice

Festive Taggart Trot Sunday 22nd December 2019 any takers? 9am start, usual place in Barton. Let's try and raise some more cash for St Teresa's Hospice. Here's the format. All I need to know is your name and the distance you wish to run (either 3.5, 7 or 11 miles) and your expected time for the distance you chose. I will then put you into a team of three runners. You will set off in your team of 3, running at the slowest runners pace. At the 3.5 mile point your first runner will stop. The remaining two will increase the pace and run to the 7 mile point where your second runner will drop off and your last runner will increase the pace again to the finish at the 11 mile point. The course is an 11 mile loop. I try to mix the abilities up to make it as fair as possible (to avoid 3 whippets in one team). Remember it's not a race but a bit of fun to raise some cash for a worthy cause (although a bit of festive competitiveness is permitted ) Fancy dress is a must, santa hats as a minimum!
