Your Carnival 10k Race is back for 2026 and this year it's got a little sister . . .

Market Harborough Carnival returns on 6/6/26. And to celebrate all things six this year we're mixing things up a bit with our traditional 10km and an all new 6km race. . . But aaarrrgghhh. Too slow. Sadly all our 10km places are gone. No waiting list. No extra places hidden down the back of the sofa. Gone. Sold out. Done. Wait a mintute though. All is not lost . . . . . . Why not join us for our 6km route? starting and finishing in The Carnival Showground in the very middle of Market Harborough’s beautiful town. You’ll run through closed, spectator packed roads. All the party atmosphere of the 10km run but remaining in and around the town centre. Starting and finishing with all our other runners you too will experience the crowded fun of the Harborough’s best annual summer party all through the town centre, taking in the iconic Old Grammar School before a quick sprint around the Showground and the all-important finish line. Even better. After the races have finished, your medal will give you FREE access to an afternoon and evening of carnival stalls, events, music and sunshine.* We’d be delighted if you’d choose to join us for what promises to be another fabulous day.
