Both races start and finish at East Carlton Country Park and are run on the open roads, taking in the picturesque countryside and villages in the Welland Valley All runners get the benefit of chip timing, both routes officially measured and on an accredited course. There will be water stations situated along the routes. Each finisher will receive a medal and goody bag.
