A virtual race is a race that can be run, walked or cycled from any location you choose. You can run, walk or cycle on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill or even around your garden. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. Don't want to submit your time...that's fine! Can't take part on Sunday...also fine! Not sure you can do 5K...no problem...Maybe try 1K a day for the next 5 days! Anyone can take part and best of all, it's free. However, and this is totally up to you, there is an optional £5 Entry Fee. All proceeds will go to NHS Charities Together, (www.nhscharitiestogether.co.uk), to show our appreciation for the great work these guys are doing.
