Well-marshalled 10k that wends its way through the country lanes of Rownhams and Lee on the outskirts of Southampton. There is also a 2K fun run for children aged 4-14 and a toddlers' race (weather permitting). Entry for the children's/toddlers' races is on the day @ £2 per child (for charity).

Please note that the course is not suitable for wheelchair entrants. Should the race be cancelled due to events outside the organiser’s control, a refund will not be made. Race receipts minus costs will be donated to charity.
