A (C)heavenly Midweek Time Trial around Otley Chevin

A challenging and hilly 6km route around the Danefield side of Otley Chevin Forest Park. Run as a time trial, with competitors setting off at 15 second intervals over the course of an hour, this race will be a demanding run. The race route will be marked, and the race will be chip timed. Entrants will be seeded according to their predicted 5k times, with the fastest runners setting off last. The route will include some lung-bursting ascents, some potentially tricky descents, and will take you along some of the less frequently used paths around Danefield. Some of the route is quite rough underfoot, and there is the potential for a fair amount of mud, depending on the weather: trail or fell shoes are highly recommended! So take the Stairway to Chevin and try Knockin' on Chevin's Door. It might not be Chevin For Everyone and there's every chance you'll be singing Chevin Knows I'm Miserable Now when you finish!
