Dream Team 10 is back!

Race 10 miles in true Dream Team fashion. The Dream Team 10 Mile is an inclusive competition for all abilities to get involved in. Situated 4 weeks before the Brass Monkey Half Marathon it provides a perfect pre-race build up to greater things this winter or simply an opportunity to race a 10 miler on a flat, fast and energetic course. There is also a Junior 5K event which follows the route and a prize for all junior finishers. Participants will compete in a handicap fashion from slowest to fastest predicted 10-mile times. Recent racing and training performances will also be taken into account when deciding your handicap. Participants will be issued their own individual start time prior to the event. Because this is a Dream Team event there will also be a seeded and randomised team draw prior to the event placing participants into teams of 3 on Wednesday 14th December LIVE on our Facebook page at 8:30pm. The course: Participants will head out towards Teessaurus Park before looping back towards Navigation Way. Then participants will head towards the canals for 2 loops before returning to finish on Navigation Way. There will be a water/fuel station at each end of the race and on Navigation Way. 10 mile Age limit: 16+ Junior 5k Age limit - 11-15 Prizes: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd across the line will receive a gift from Santa. The Dream Team with the least cumulative time will receive an early Christmas present. Presentation: The presentation will take place around 30 minutes after the last person crosses the line.
