In 2016 Jo Cox was killed doing the job she loved. It is more important than ever now to come together to remember Jo, her values and her words "there is more in common than that which divides us’. Join us for the 10th and final #RunforJo in a place Jo loved and visited with her family, to celebrate her life and all that she stood for. The 2.5km(ish) family fun run starts at 11.15am. With food stalls, a bar, a Mascots' Race at 12.30pm and entertainment this really is a day out for the whole family. We are delighted to be supported again by our friends at racebest, so come and join us to run, have fun and celebrate all we have in common! Fancy dress is optional but highly encouraged! There may even be a prize or two! Any proceeds goes to MoreInCommon Batley & Spen to support local projects.

Under 11s MUST stay with their responsible adult at all times. The course is very well marshalled but it is not a junior parkrun. By booking a place for an under 11 you agree to take full responsibility for their safety and wellbeing for the duration of the event.
