This year it's the real course, but run when you like

You advise us which date between 1st May & 31st May you wish to run the course. The course will be open from the 1st May until 30th May and you need to register 48hrs before the date you wish to run. Strava / Garmin can be used and if you prefer just to send us a photo of your finish time from your device that's fine with us. Direction signs will be in place to help you around the course and caution signs will be displayed for your safety. Awards to Ladies & Men's outright 1st 2nd & 3rd and a memento for the event to all runners. It's up to you, how much you wish to pay for this race: £5, £10, £15 or £20. We respectfully ask for a contribution to help with our expenses. Any profits from the event will be donated to a local good cause.
