A sprint distance event, offering the ideal introduction to multi-sport racing and the opportunity to have a go, before maybe stepping up to longer distances, or even into that their world of triathlon and beyond. The 'RunAble Duathlon' consists of a 5km run, 20km bike with a 2.5km run to the finish. Register upon arrival on the day, collect your race pack then set up your transition area. The route is fully marked and marshalled, all you have to do is race.
