Step Up For Cancer

This February, in an attempt to keep you motivated, we are inviting to step up for cancer and complete 10,000 steps every single day in February. How you complete the steps is completely up to you... Run, walk, dance, whatever you like. Join our online community Facebook group and share your ideas and goals and be supported by everyone else taking part so that we can keep each other going through these tough times. The entry fee will be donated to cancer charities at the end of the month after a community vote of which charities the money should go to. And of course, we will send you a fab medal at the end of the challenge to celebrate your achievements.
