Come along and have fun in aid of The Gamekeepers Welfare Trust

5k: The course starts at the hall, down the shop brae, over the wooden bridge, turn left, make your way to the green tin church and back to The Strathdearn as your finishing line. 10k: The course starts at the hall, down the shop brae, over the wooden bridge turn left, make your way to the green tin church, follow the road along to the very end (Balvraid Estate) and follow the arrows round in a loop and back the same direction towards The Strathdearn for your finishing line. WATER STATIONS: There will be 2-3 water stations available throughout the course. Please use the bins provided. ENTRY £10 for adults and £5 for children. REGISTRATION From 10:30am on the race day at The Strathdearn where you will be issued with your race number. SAFETY Please note that the race is mainly on rural roads and hilly paths. All runners are responsible for their own safety and must ensure that they remain aware of other road users at all times and can clearly hear instructions from marshals. In accordance with UK Athletic rules, the wearing of headphones are not permitted. Please obey course marshal’s instructions and directions. Minimum age is 4. All under age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult during the run as this takes place on open roads Strathdearn Community Developments will not be responsible for their safety. MEDALS Each finisher will receive a medal. Please note: Minimum age is 4. After you have completed your run/walk you are cordially invited back to The Strathdearn for refreshments. Trophies will be awarded at The Strathdearn for the fastest 10k adult, fastest 10k child, fastest 5k adult and fastest 5k child.
