Join us for our latest Running Workshop situated in the stunning Swaledale valley in Reeth.

NEP welcome you to the latest Running Workshop on Saturday 5th March. We previously ran a Workshop here back in October 2020. This time around we will training North of the village of Reeth using the hills and underlating roads for a varied day of training covering all the elements of running performance. Meeting point/time: We will meet in the centre of Reeth, Richmond DL11 6SY from 10:15am with the workshop commencing at 10:30am. The training day will finish at around 2:30pm. What will the Workshop involve? • Hills lots of em 😅 • A structured threshold session targeted towards all abilities and upcoming goals (4 - 10 miles + in volume depending on ability level). • A mentoring session in groups examining your support network, the team you have around you and what this will look like moving forward towards your future goals. How can NEP help you build your team using our contacts in the sport science world? • An afternoon trail run/walk across the Swaledale valley (3 - 7 miles in distance of running/walking). • Lunch will be provided by NEP. Ages - 11 years plus. All abilities are encouraged to join us on this Workshop. Runners from all clubs are welcome not just NEP. This Workshop will be practical, educational and social in a supportive environment for all to enjoy. There will be a discount for those who came to our previous Workshop at Chopwell Woods.
