Great Owl running presents The East Leeds 50. A 50km Ultramarathon + 10km Riverside Trail Race. The East Leeds 50 is part of the Leeds 50 Series starting close to central Leeds heading East (of course) along the Aire Calder Navigation all the way to Fairburn Ings. Then heading out on one giant north western loop visiting the villages of Ledsham, Aberford and the town of Garforth and Swillington before briefly heading into the Temple Newsham Estate and Skelton Lake, finally re-joining the River Aire and back into town. Can you remain composed for the flat first half marathon of this race or will you get carried away?
