Dracula has come out for a run and wants you to join him in this Halloween virtual challenge.

WHAT’S INVOLVED? Run, walk or jog any distance, anywhere, any time from the 28th until the 31st of October 2023. We accept treadmill activities. WHAT’S INCLUDED? Receive a beautiful white aluminium finishers medal with a plain coloured ribbon. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY CHALLENGE? When you have completed your challenge, simply go to our website and upload a screenshot of your activity on our secure submission form at https://the-running-bug.com/submit-your-evidence/ Once your evidence has been sent, you should be redirected to a confirmation page. Then that's it! Your medal will be posted shortly afterwards. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We do accept entries from overseas participants. However, please note that is an extra charge to cover postage costs. In the event that a resident with a non-UK address purchases a standard UK entry, then we reserve the right to refuse the entry and refund in full.
