Helmsley 10km Multi-Terrain Challenge 2023

A stunning, hilly and community friendly race!

Now in its 12th year, the Helmsley 10k challenge is a multi-terrain race partly on road, partly on forestry track and footpaths and fields fundraising for Helmsley Sports Club which supports the local community with a range of sports and activities. The total distance is 10km. Minimum age: 15 on 9th April 2023. Entry on the day is accepted; the race limit is 500. The nature of this course makes it unsuitable for wheelchair athletes. Dogs are not allowed on the playing field or on the course. Assembly at the Sports Ground, Baxtons Lane, Helmsley, YO62 5HT. Children’s Races. Once again there will be children’s races on the sports field for children aged 3 – 14. Entry will be on the day only and will cost £3. Please note that children intending to run must arrive before 9:30am as the road to the sports club will be closed for the adult race. Please help us to ensure that everyone receives a chocolate egg and mug by entering online! We know that runners love our novel finishers prizes and don't want to disappoint and we're able to order enough when we know how many people are taking part.
