World Mental Health Day
1 in 4 people suffers from a mental health problem in the UK every year. Mental health such as anxiety and depression can lead to other issues such as alcohol and drug addiction, self-harm, and even suicide. It has been proven that exercise such as running, walking, and jogging can help relieve some of the strains and struggles of mental health issues. That’s why we invite you to be a part of this virtual challenge to support and spread awareness of this condition. Distances accepted: 5k, 10k, 10 miles, half marathon, full marathon, ultra. We also accept treadmill activities. Upon completing this race, submit your evidence using our secure submission form at https://the-running-bug.com/submit-your-evidence then you will receive a beautiful medal. We do accept entries from overseas participants. However, please note that is an extra charge to cover postage costs. In the event that a resident with a non-UK address purchases a standard UK entry, then we reserve the right to refuse the entry and refund in full.
