We welcome you to this summers Project Run endurance challenge to get you in prime condition for your Autumn goals. After the successful 4 Parks, 1 Lake Challenge in winter this time around we have four distances on offer - Marathon, 20 miles, Half Marathon, and 10 miles starting and finishing in the village of Hutton Rudby. This is an intra club challenge for members to run the distance of their goal event or run 75% of their race distance at race pace in full race conditions. Registration - 8:00am - 8:30am to pick up your race number and hand in your personalised bottles. You may also collect your race number and drop off bottles at NEPcafe on Friday 19th August. All events will start at 9am. Marathon finishers receive the iconic golden c Nutrition: There will be a fuel station at approximately every 5K with water, HIGH5 energy gels, and sweets provided by us. Participants can drop off thier own personalised bottles (fully labelled) at registration on the morning or on the night before at NEPcafe (recommended). Kit: All participants must wear either their Project Run club race vest or their NEP Marathon/Half Marathon vest. Post event social: Please join us afterwards for a drink or a bite to eat at The Kings Head pub in Hutton Rudby and share our success together!
