Clowne Half Marathon

The Clowne Half Marathon is an undulating course running from Clowne centre through the surrounding villages before returning to Clowne. EARLY BIRD PRICES UNTIL 6pm Saturday 31st August Affiliated £28/Unaffiliated £30 FROM 6pm Saturday 31st August Affiliated £30/Unaffiliated £32 As previous years the start and finish of the race will be at different venues in Clowne. However kit, clothing etc. deposited in the secure baggage area will be transferred from the race start to the finish once the race is underway. The finish is at the Clowne Community Centre, S43 4PL. Chip timing. £1 from every entry goes to our chosen charity Macmillan Cancer Support. *ALL FINISHERS RECEIVE A HOODY* NO DEFERRALS. NO REFUNDS. CUT OFF TIME OF 3 HOURS. Early entries will be posted out approx. 2weeks before the event. NOTE: For Entries after 6pm on Monday 11th November, numbers will be collected on the day

Limited changing facilities are available at the start. Please note the finish is in a different location to the start. Baggage is transferred to the finish. No parking is available at race HQ.

Upon entering the event, I declare that I understand and agree with the following statements: The Half Marathon, and associates cannot be held responsible in any way for loss or injury to myself, or any other party, however arising, or for any property lost or damaged. I am medically fit, and understand I enter this event at my own risk. I will be over the age of 17 years old on race day for the Half Marathon event. The race is governed by UKA rules and the wearing of headphones is not permitted (other than bone conducting headphones) Failure to adhere to the UKA rules will result in removal from the race. The race has a cut-off time of 3hrs, with the pick up bus inviting runners onboard to withdraw from the race should this time be exceeded. In the unfortunate cancellation of the event through circumstances beyond the control of the race organisers, I understand and accept that there will be no refund of race fees or deferrals. If for any reason I am unable take part in the event, my place cannot be deferred. My number can be transferred to another competitor until Friday 8th November 2024. No refunds will be issued. If transferring my place, the hoody size cannot be guaranteed for my replacement participant if transferring after the closing date.
