This is an officially measured and certified accurate course by the Association of UK Course Measures. Please use the link below to the Sport in Action website for extensive race information. Race numbers, timing chips, safety brief and finishing medal, will be issued at race registration. If any updates are required to the race information they will appear on this page as well as the Sport in Action home page. Registration - 07.15 – 08.40. Race Safety Briefing – The race briefing will take place at 08:45am. Race Start Time - 09:00. Risk Assessment - A full course risk assessment will be on display at the event HQ on race day together with maps of the route, the race permit and the measurement certificate in accordance with UKA rules (Permit No TBA). Prizes – Overall Male & Female 1st, 2nd & 3rd Male & Female. Age Group Male & Female prizes will be awarded as follows 1 to 17 competitors 1st Place only, 18 to 27 competitors 1st & 2nd place, 28 or more competitors 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes will be awarded. Any age grouper that finishes in an overall prize position (1st, 2nd or 3rd Male or Female) will receive the overall prize. That age group prize will then roll down to the next person in that age category. The overall 3rd place prize will not be less than the age group winner. Course - See the link below to the course map Withdrawals Policy - Up until June 2nd, 2023, all withdrawals will subject to a 50% charge to cover the costs of processing the entry and refund.
