Facilities Registration and toilets will be at the Cricket Pavilion in Fitz Park which will be open from 5.00pm. Parking Parking is available on Station Street and behind the Swimming Pool with time restrictions and near the Football Pavilion off Crosthwaite Road plus Town Centre car parks. Location This year the race uses a slightly extended version of the 2019 course, with the start and finish in the Town Centre adj. the Moot Hall – approximately 5 mins walk from Fitz Park. Entry fee UKAA Members £8 + Booking Fee Non-UKAA Members £10 + Booking Fee Keswick AC Members £5 + Booking Fee Subject to availability entries will be available on the day. * Please note that your British Athletics/UKA membership will be checked during the registration process. Scottish Athletics/Welsh Athletics members can also obtain the discount by entering their membership number into the appropriate field. An online booking fee will be added to the above prizes which is stated in the sign up options below. Course The new course distance is approx. 7.2 k / 4.5 miles. The course includes a loop around the Borrowdale Roundabout, a lakeside run out and back to Friars Crag before iconic Manor Brow loop to finish back in the Town Centre. Risk Assessment A full risk assessment will be on display at the race HQ with the course map. Race Permit UKA race permit: 2022-43540. Prizes All prizes will be posted to winners – there will be no prize giving after the race on the night. Awards for - 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female overall, V40, V50, V60, V70 male and female & U18 plus first male and female team (three to score).
