Category: AM 15.4 Km/960m (9.6 miles/3150ft) Venue: – Keswick Cricket Pavilion Start: 12.30 AM Race Organisers and Marshalls will be setting up from 9.00 AM. Parking: Please use local car parks and consider local residents when parking your vehicle. Limit of 150 runners. Records: Kenny Stuart: 01.02.18 (1984) Sarah Rowell: 01.13.29 (1989) NB: As the course will be slightly longer this year we are not going to concern ourselves with records we’re just happy to have the race happen. Kit checks at the race start: This race is run under FRA rules. All runners need to carry full waterproof body cover with taped seams, hat and gloves, map, compass and whistle, emergency food. An extra top (base layer for instance) will be required in bad conditions, so please come prepared. Relaxation of these requirements can only be at the discretion of the Race Organiser on the day. Random kit checks at start & finish, we are not intending to do this at the start for every runner as we have in the past as it requires getting up close to each other.
