They say "dogs are a man's best friend" - so here's a unusual, but fun virtual running challenge.
On 26th August, if you go out for a run, walk or jog with your K9 friend or just do it alone because you love dogs, then you'll receive a beautiful bespoke medal. Please upload your evidence at https://www.the-running-bug.com/submit-your-evidence.html Distances accepted: 5k, 10k, 10 miles, half marathon, full marathon or ultra. We only accept entries with a UK address.
