'Hay O' Trail Race

The course starts at Cockermouth School Registration will open at Cockermouth School at 6pm - 6.45pm, with the race starting at 7pm Entry on the day will be available: Unaffiliated Entry £15 Affiliated Entry £13 The race will be fully chip timed for 2022 - Live results will be at www.timingupnorthresults.co.uk Car Parking : There is limited parking at Cockermouth school. On the day, if at all possible please car share or walk/cycle to the event if you are local. Alternative parking can be found on nearby roads close by. Please be responsible and do not block anyone’s access. Including – ‘King’ and the ‘Queen’ of the Hay. A 6 km Multi Terrain race. Minimum Age: 15 years Course Record Holders: (M) Ricky Lightfoot – Ellenborough – 21:05 (2015) (W) Hannah Horsburgh – Keswick AC – 26:01 (2014) **Please choose footwear to suit the terrain and weather conditions on the day. The highest point of the course is exposed to the elements so warmer layers may be required.** The course is not suitable for wheelchairs.
