Stainland Lions WYWL Race 6 2025/2026 (no new entries)

Course: Some may be experienced with this 5.45 mile course but it is hilly, VERY technical with lots of stones, tree roots, some slippy bridges and lots of mud in places. There is a single stream crossing. Don’t worry, there is some downhill, followed by even more climbing! Please listen to advice from the marshalls!! Fell or trail shoes are a must. There is a cut-off at the 2-mile point which is a generous 35 minutes. If any runners fail to meet the cut off they will be directed down the track to the church and will pickup the return leg of the route back to the finish. Please do not cross the finish line as this will affect the results. Instead, inform the race official that you’re declared a DNF.
