Speak Out Needs YOU! Take on a virtual challenge to support a small local charity during these difficult times

With so many people either putting running shoes on for the first time, finding their love of running again, or discovering new areas to walk in - why not take part in some form of physical activity whilst raising vital funds for Speak Out. Speak Out supports adults and young people with learning disabilities to speak up and be heard about the things that matter to them. We believe that the world should be a place where people with learning disabilities have the same rights, choices and control over their lives as everyone else. This drives everything we do. The coronavirus crisis has created challenges for many people, but it has hit people with learning disabilities particularly hard, highlighting the inequalities they face in their everyday lives. We have continued to provide the highest quality of support throughout, adapting our services to help isolated people most at risk. This is why we need YOU to help raise vital funds to keep us going. You can enter today, but you must complete your 5 or 10k between Monday 5th - Sunday 11th of October 2020. The entry fee is £10 which includes all admin fees and costs. All profits will go to support Speak Out. In return you'll receive a personalised certificate and know that you're supporting our vital work. Your support makes all the difference. Thank you!
