The Sue Ryder Big Dip Dales, is open to anyone aged 18 and over, and takes place at Draughton Heights Campsite near Skipton. Registration will open at 8am, giving people a chance to prepare before the first dip session at 9am. Dippers can choose from 11 dip sessions and will be given a maximum of 10 minutes in the water, followed by a hot drink to warm up.
