Bedale Bolt returns for it's second year with the same undulating 10km route!
The race starts along the high street in Bedale. The single lap course takes you out into country lanes with a hill or two to negotiate along the way before heading back into the town centre for a fast finish along the high street being cheered on by enthusiastic supporters. For those returning, its a great opportunity to go for a PB, sing your way up Burrill Bank for a second time. And for those attempting the race for the first time, experience our fabulous course and atmosphere. The race will be held on closed roads with a team of fabulous marshals looking after you along the way. The race is chip timed & the course is measured by England Athletics. Proceeds from the race will be donated to charity. Our chosen charity partner for the second year is Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA). YAA is an independent charity and is a vital support service to our local area. A donation will be made for each race entry. We are offering t-shirts to finishers who sign up before 23rd April 2027 & a finishers medal to all. Chip timing and water is included within the entrance fee. We will have race number collection available on Saturday 12th June between 2pm-5pm and on Sunday 13th June 8am-9:30am.
