A speedy 10 Mile race from Ovingham out through Bywell and back along to the Riverside park at Low Prudhoe followed by Jelly, Sandwich and a cup of tea. This race makes an excellent warm-up for the great North Run. Race HQ is at the old school in Ovingham.
