Rudding Park Kids 2.5km Run

Following the sell-out success of the annual 10K Rudding ParkRace, for the first time we are introducing a chance for children to get in on the action! This year, we will hold a kids' 2.5km race at 4.30pm on Tuesday 19th May, before the adults' event sets off at 7pm. This is open for a maximum of 50 children, aged between 7 and 15 years old. The children's course is a single marked loop of around 2.5km with a mixture of paths, woodland trails and hills. Both the kids' and the adults' Rudding ParkRaces will support our 2026 Charity of the Year, Mind in Harrogate, a community-based service for those who need support with their mental health and wellbeing. There will be prizes for the first male and first female finishers, and a medal and ice cream for all participating children.
