Flat 5 mile mid week race
A 5 mile race on our tried and trusted course in Ashington Community Woods. Flat and wide course, 2 laps, over good paths (trail). A gift, water, sweets, crisps to all finishers. 75 mins cut off time. TRA permit pending. Age related and main prizes too. Min age 15 years old on the date of race.

Free parking next to old coop building. 10 min walk to start (passing toilets at leisure centre)
Collect numbers on the day from the race start area (stone circle at the woods), free parking next to it and its a 10 min walk to the start. Toilets are en route to the start from car park. £1 per entrant goes to the friends of the woods (upkeep of our woods)
