COLOUR RUN 2023 VIRTUAL CHALLENGE Date of Challenge: 26th to 28th August 2023 WHAT’S INVOLVED? Run, walk or jog any distance, on 26th, 27th or 28th of August 2023. Distances accepted: 1k, 5k, 10k, 10 miles, half marathon, full marathon, ultra. We also accept treadmill activities. WHAT’S INCLUDED? Receive a beautiful white aluminium finishers medal with a plain-coloured ribbon WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CHALLENGE? Once you have completed your challenge, simply go to our website and upload a screenshot of your activity on our secure submission form https://the-running-bug.com/submit-your-evidence/ Once your evidence has been sent, you should be redirected to a confirmation page. Then that's it! Your medal should arrive within 10 working days.
