Zip the Cow for Sue Ryder this summer

Zip the Cow is sponsored by LCF Law and Crag and Co. Accountants and for 2026 participants can choose from zipping in the daylight, at sunset, at twilight or moooo-n light! The event sees participants walk to the top of the iconic ‘Cow’ at the Cow and Calf Rocks above Ilkley and then jump from it, sliding 270m at speeds of up to 35 miles per hour. As in previous years for the 1:30pm slot on Saturday we offer lifts to the top of the Cow for those unable to walk. If you want to gift a place in Zip the Cow with no expectation to raise funds you can select the more expensive options and let us know your preferred slot in the other info box. Daytime participants will take in spectacular views of Wharfedale....if they dare open their eyes! For the later slots we will light the Cow and Calf Rocks to make it a spectacular experience. Places are booked on a first come, first served basis.
