The second of this year's races to round off the season

The format for this year's series is explained in full on the HDSRL website http://www.harrogate-league.org.uk/wp/ Details of the Harrogate race are now on the League website http://www.harrogate-league.org.uk/. The seven virtual races are still open and can be run at any time before 31 August. Details are posted on the website. * Points for all races (virtual and physical), calculated on the usual basis explained on the website, will count towards your total. The more races you run, the more points you accumulate! * By entering early, the results for all the virtual races you run in will be included in the published results tables and your points from these events will count towards your total. * These races are open only to members of clubs in the League, with no guest runners permitted. * Even if you only intend to run in the two physical races, pre-entry is essential as there is no provision for entry on the night of the race. If you turn up without a number or without having pre-entered you may be lucky enough to get a number but it's not guaranteed. * Anyone running a physical race without a number will not be recorded by the timing system and will not be included in the results. * Arrangements will be made for distribution of race numbers on the night of the first race. * The bib numbers have the timing chips attached and should be retained for the second race on 2 September * A replacement for a lost or forgotten number will be charged at £4. * SAFETY and RISK: Please read the Entrant Terms and Conditions when entering and the information on safety under HDSRL Rules on the website PLEASE DON'T ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT A FIRST OR SECOND CLAIM MEMBER OF ONE OF THE PARTICIPATING CLUBS (As listed on the website). If you do you will not get a number and no refund will be made.

If you are under 18 on the date of the first race you enter you MUST provide details, including contact details, of a person who will accept responsibility for your wellbeing while attending races in the series. These details must also be given to your club. The responsible person can be your parent, guardian or an approved club member. This procedure should also be used in the case of a vulnerable adult entrant at the discretion of the entrant or carer and the club. See the HDSRL website for further details.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, IN THE EVENT THAT ONE OR BOTH OF THE TWO PHYSICAL RACES ARE PREVENTED FROM GOING AHEAD BY RENEWED COVID RESTRICTIONS, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO REFUND ENTRY FEES. IN THIS CASE HOWEVER THE RACE(S) CANCELLED WILL BE CONVERTED TO VIRTUAL EVENTS.
