A true Pennine Trail Ultra race for the Northern Peak District

Heights Ultra Trail (HUT) 50 Mile Trail Run on Mixed Terrain

This fantastic event will take you through the heart of the two picturesque Colne & Holme valleys in borough of Kirklees on the edge of the Peak District National Park. Both valleys renowned over the last few decades as the setting of some iconic TV and film production, the route which is 90% off road will allow you to experience a mixed terrain with beautiful trails, open moorland and wonderful vistas. This very reasonably priced event includes chip (including CP splits) timing also and offers additional options for those wishing to add a memento of their day out. The Heights Ultra Trail (HUT) event is intended as a family day out with local stalls, entertainment, kids activities and food/drink available at the event centre also. This race is being organised for charity purposes with all proceeds going directly to 3 local primary schools.
