Bedale Christmas 5k & 1 Mile Santa Fun Run

Firmly setting itself as an annual event Bedale and Aiskew Runners Xmas 5k & Fun Run are back, on the 17th December 2023. A 3 lap route (1 lap for the Santa fun run) taking in the fabulous Bedale Park & the woodland trail of Keepers Walk. The Santa Run will take place at 10.00am and all the little legs will get a Xmas hat to run in and a medal at the end. We encourage everyone to dress up, parents can run with their child for free. The 5k will start at 10:15am, and although this race is for all abilities, we do have a prize if the male/ female course records are broken. Male: Thomas O'Mahoney 18:36 (2022) Female; Jo Adams 23:05 (2021) Also In addition to last year there will be a Trophy for 1st & 2nd Male/Female in both races plus 1st Male 50+ & Female 45+ We will be serving post run Hot Chocolate so bring along a cup to help support sustainability.
